Once we departed from New Orleans, we had some extra time and once entering Mississippi we saw a sign for a railroad museum and BAM, next thing you know we are in McComb, Mississippi! This was definitely a Roadside Gem, way better than the worlds largest ball of twine (which we are still looking for!) We were afraid it would be closed since it was a Sunday, but well you can’t exactly put a train inside….
So we spent a few minutes climbing on the train and taking fun pictures. The inside was closed since it was Sunday, but this is a pretty decent picture I got with my phone of the inside.

We don’t actually know anything about this train or the museum since it was closed, but if you’ve been there please educate us! Does anyone know any other Roadside Gems that are worthy of stopping at?
